This review is from: Easton SK5 Hammer Slow-Pitch Softball Bat (Sports) I just got this and have only used it in practice once. I got a smaller lightweight version so that some of our girls on our team could use it, so this one doesn't have the most pop, but it works well, and has a good sweet spot. Great bat for the price. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Easton SK5 Hammer Slow-Pitch Softball Bat (Sports) I just recently went from competitive fast pitch to slow pitch co-ed softball. This bat was a great value at the price. I am a power hitter and can see the limitation in the bat ie you can hit a lot of line drives and short shots to the outfield, but for real power you will need to upgrade your bat. Very low stinging and a nice long barrel. Good for beginners to slow pitch and softball in general. Again great value for the price. Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Easton SK5 Hammer Slow-Pitch Softball Bat (Sports) This is a great bat that my wife uses in our Softball league. She's a petite girl who's just learning the game and this bat is perfect for practice. In games she normally uses a 32/20 fast pitch bat because it's lighter, but she warms up with this one all the time. She has used it a few times in the games and was able to generate decent pop. If you need an inexpensive bat with decent pop or are just a beginner looking for a good starter bat, this is the one to get. |
