I play in a wooden bat league and also for my college's team. These gloves are durable, lasting the whole summer for me without much damage. The thick padding is great for protecting the hands, but its not too excessive that it obstructs the feel of the bat in your hands.

These do not COMPLETELY stop all stingers, but they do a good job at minimizing them. I don't think you can expect any glove to stop those completely.

These have good padding, exactly what I was looking for in batting gloves.

Gloves down, the best gloves I have owned. The padding of these are great, I ended up buying a second pair to have just in case.

My first experience with these was a 13 game fantasy baseball camp, then used them for a softball season. Same set, never a problem.
