Pro: This thing out of the box looks pretty cool and can change where the weights are positioned in the sleeve to add or subtract oz's..
Con: It took exactly 10-20 swings before it slid down the barrel of the bat. I even used batting tape and tightened the Velcro straps again, however it didn't work. They need to use stronger material when making this product, this thing was an epic failure and I bought it. Now I wish I could get my money back.
Summary: Do not buy this product.....
