I completely disagree with the other reviewer. This bat is HOT! The only time you get bat sting is when you hit it on the handle or the end of the bat (just like every other baseball and softball bat)It took about 200-250 cuts to break it in but was hitting bombs before it was completely broken in. This is a great overall bat. Great for hitting gaps and hitting it out. I am not a particulary huge guy and wouldn't consider myself "muscular" I am 6'2" 210 and last week hit a bomb close to 330 with this bat. I would definitely recommend this bat for any all around softball player. Again great for hitting the ball all around the park: gaps, to the fence or out. Great bat!

I've tried numours Miken and have great success however, I bought this bat and it stings when you hit the ball, and the flight and length of the ball is minimal. I shall keep shopping.
